The Daily Nosh – Psalms 26:11
But I – I will walk in my integrity. Redeem me, and be gracious to me. Psalms 26:11
Nosh: The confidence David asserts in this verse is rooted in his clear conscience before God. To the best of his knowledge, he is living for God in every right way he knows. This is called integrity. His integrity gives him confidence to believe that he can approach God boldly with his requests and expect God’s favor and protection in every situation. From my perspective, living with a clear conscience before God is the most wonderful and liberating experience there is on this earth.
