The Daily Nosh – Proverbs 21:1
The king’s heart is like a stream of water in the hand of Adonai (the Lord); He directs it wherever He wants. (TLV) Proverbs 21:1
Nosh: All leaders are under God’s authority whether they believe in Him or not. Because He has given mankind a free will, He often allows leaders to follow their own agendas but may also, as seen in this Scripture, directly interrupt that agenda. One thing is certain, there is an Almighty God in heaven who sits on His throne and is paying close attention to all of His creation, holding us accountable for the content of our lives.
