The Daily Nosh – Numbers 12:9-11

Adonai’s anger burned against them, and He left them. When the cloud lifted up from above the tent, behold, Miriam had tza’arat (leprosy), like snow! As Aaron turned toward her, behold, she had tza’arat! He said to Moses, “Please, my lord, don’t hold against us the sin we have committed so foolishly.” (TLV) Numbers 12:9-11
Nosh: The brother and sister of Moses, Aaron and Myriam, rebelled against Moses’ leadership in the wilderness and could have brought a serious division to the nation of Israel. So dangerous was this threat that God intervened immediately and supernaturally to preserve the mission and leadership of Israel under Moses. As He did for Moses, God will supernaturally intervene for us when necessary to preserve and fulfill His plans and purposes for our lives.
