The Daily Nosh – Micah 3:4
Then they will cry out to Adonai (the Lord), but He will not answer them. Thus He will hide His face from them at that time, because of their evil deeds. Micah 3:4
Nosh: There are many examples in Scripture where God is moved to deliver even the evildoer who cries out to Him with a humble and repentant heart. However, it is good to know that practiced evil, as illustrated in this verse, is a barrier to answered prayer and supernatural intervention in times of crisis or need. In my own life, I take regular spiritual inventory to make sure I am blameless before God and that there is no known hindrance in my relationship with Him or prayers presented to Him.
