The Daily Nosh – James 1:27
Pure and undefiled religion before our God and Father is this: to care for the orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world. (TLV) – James 1:27
Nosh: Living our lives by God’s moral standard and selfless endeavor, that is caring for those less fortunate, is true Godliness. This is a lifestyle choice that should undergird and define our lives as followers of the God of Israel and the Messiah Yeshua. It is also a true measure of spirituality in ourselves and others.
