Nosh: Warning…, prolonged prosperity, even for mature believers, can gradually produce a self-reliant, rebellious, backslidden life that eventually yields God’s corrective and painful discipline. So how do we live with the blessing of prosperity and avoid self-reliance? Spend time every day in God’s Word where His Spirit can help us cultivate a humble and thankful heart.
