The Daily Nosh – Daniel 12:8-9
Now I heard but I did not understand. So I said, ‘My Lord, what will be the outcome of these things?’ Then he said, “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end”. (TLV) Daniel 12:8-9
Nosh: It is good for us to realize that there are some things that happen in this life that we will not understand until we are with the Lord in eternity. I have found great comfort in these verses when the unexplainable happens to me or to people around me. God’s counsel to Daniel is to release the stress of needing to understand everything, move forward in life and rest in the knowledge that God is in control.
