High Holidays in Field Conditions

Humanitarian Aid in Israel Since 2000

HIGH HOLIDAYS IN FIELD CONDITIONS

As we approach Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year), we pray and prepare, knowing thousands of reservists are being called back to defend Israel this very day. The heavy burden on our soldiers and their families is immense, and we continue to provide essential supplies and life-saving gear. This holiday, we are showing our support by gifting Israeli wine and honey to the soldiers in the north who are away from their families during the holiday.

One unit of reservists expressed their thanks, saying:
“Our team is a microcosm of Israeli society—a teacher, a student, a lawyer, a computer engineer, a comedian. Some of us have lost friends in this conflict; others have family members injured. Your help not only enhances our safety but lifts our morale, knowing our sacrifice is recognized and supported by the community.”

“Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it.” Proverbs 3:27
